Senior Telecom (Service Assurance) Program Manager at SINCERA CONSULTING

Must have:

• 10+ years of experience in leading large scale multi-treaded OSS initiatives with specific experience in Service Assurance space
• Telecom OSS (Service Assurance) expert knowledge
• Telecom network technology knowledge including voice (TDM telephony, VOIP, E911, etc.) and data (DS1/DS3/SONET/Wavelength Transport, Ethernet, ATM/Frame Relay, etc.) knowledge
• Proficient in use of PowerPoint/Excel/MS Project/JIRA in tracking, management, and status reporting of multi-pronged and dependent projects
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Good to have:

• Experience with ServiceNow implementation
• Experience in Oracle Unified Assurance implementation

Location: Remote (US, preferably ET zone) with occasional traveling requirements
