We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Senior Technical Recruiter, specializing in Hardware/Software domains, to join our team. This role demands a proactive and innovative professional who is customer-focused and passionate about leveraging their expertise to align talent acquisition with our overarching business strategies. The ideal candidate will possess the autonomy to lead talent acquisition initiatives and the capability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping the talent landscape of our organization, requiring exceptional communication skills, professional interpersonal abilities, and a comfort with navigating the complexities of an evolving and ambiguous environment. Your analytical acumen will be crucial in translating business objectives into a robust talent acquisition strategy that encompasses both internal and external talent resources necessary for achieving outstanding results. This remote role will be instrumental in supporting our business leaders across the Americas region.
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Technical (Hardware & Software) Full-Cycle Recruitment/Strategic Recruitment Leadership** : Oversee the full-cycle recruitment of technical roles, from leading strategic planning sessions to understand nuanced hiring needs to crafting compelling offers that secure top-tier talent.
+ **Advanced Sourcing Strategy** : Design and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to engage both passive and active candidates, leveraging your deep understanding of the talent market and innovative sourcing channels.Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess skills to match candidates with relevant roles.
+ **Expert Candidate Assessment** : Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews, utilizing your seasoned judgment to evaluate candidates' technical abilities and cultural fit for high-impact roles.
+ **Communication/Collaboration** : Navigate complex discussions with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and team dynamics.
+ **Strategic Talent Pipelining** : Develop and maintain strategic talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill roles, anticipating future hiring needs and market trends.
+ **Elevated Employer Branding** : Champion our employer brand, articulating the value proposition of Fortive to attract exceptional talent, while also innovating in employer branding initiatives.
+ **Analytics-Driven Recruitment** : Utilize metrics to assess sourcing effectiveness, refine recruitment strategies, and provide insights that influence business decisions.
+ **Stakeholder Management** : Offer high-level analysis on talent supply and demand ((e.g., talent availability & salary data), advising senior management and HR partners on strategic talent planning. Establish clear roles and responsibilities and communicate regularly and effectively with all parties. Schedule and lead recurring check-ins with hiring manager.
+ **New Hire Transition** : Collaborate with HR to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the organization, enhancing the onboarding experience and retention.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors Degree: degree or equivalent experience in a talent acquisition or applicable HR experience within a global organization.
+ Experience: Extensive experience in technical recruiting or a similar role as part of a complex global organization, RPO or equivalent experience, with a demonstrated track record of success. Familiarity with needed labor and employment laws for countries where recruiting.
+ Sourcing Skills: Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including AI-enabled tools, with a proven ability to cultivate relationships with key talent sources.
+ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in languages and culture of regions where recruiting talent.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 86,100.00 - 159,900.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
