Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager
A senior technical program manager is a person responsible for overseeing the development and execution of complex technical programs. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that network solutions meet the business needs and technical requirements as well as the program is delivered on time and within budget.

• Testing and reviewing potential solutions and ensuring alignment with business goals
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, engineers, and other teams
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Program Manager to lead our Prod/Non-Prod Segregation Program. This critical role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the segregation of production and non-production network environment within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network architecture, security protocols, program management, and a deep understanding of both production and non-production environments.

Skills Required
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and/or Computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in network architecture, design, and implementation.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale network segregation programs or similar initiatives.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring un-focused issues to resolution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to act as a bridge between multiple businesses and technology areas.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
• Strong understanding of network protocols, security principles, and best practices.
• Experience with network infrastructure technologies, such as routers, switches, firewall, load balancers, server farms, systems, and cloud.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize; ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, ensuring effective tracking and management of program tasks and deliverables.
• PMP, CCNA, CISSP, or other relevant certifications preferred.

o Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations, and best practices related to network security and segregation.
o Implement robust security controls and protocols to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
o Support regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Risk Management:

o Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with network segregation efforts.
