Senior Technical Product Manager/Director - Prosum

Position Overview:
This is an opportunity to join a global provider of streaming solutions, catering to diverse markets across multiple regions. The organization is expanding its operations into new industries and is forming a dedicated product team to enhance SaaS development and support. With a strong foundation in an established and profitable global business, the goal is to create a next-generation SaaS platform for streaming solutions. This platform will empower clients to launch custom mobile, TV, and web applications for live and on-demand content, with the ambition of becoming the leading global streaming SaaS provider within three years.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic:

• Participate in discussions to understand the product’s business model and the international market landscape.
• Identify customer pain points and define clear product requirements to address these needs.
• Stay updated on trends in global and local markets.
• Translate insights into product requirements tailored to clients across diverse regions.

Platform Design & Development:

• Design the architecture, features, and scalability of the next-generation SaaS platform, ensuring modern, flexible, cloud-based infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products.

Business Responsibilities:

• Develop effective business models, including operations management processes, business modeling, and product definitions, based on strategic business planning.

Lifecycle Management:

• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation through deployment, ensuring the platform achieves measurable business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in enterprise software systems, particularly in cloud services for content management or large-scale platforms (B2B and B2C) with millions of users.
• Experience in designing open platforms is preferred.
• Background in SaaS development, particularly in agile environments, is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in startup environments, with experience in high-growth companies preferred.
• Technical expertise in large-scale software design methodologies (e.g., RUP, UML), cloud-based systems, and scalable architectures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong cultural adaptability and a global mindset to address the needs of diverse markets.
