Senior Technical Business Analyst from a Testing & Banking Background- Remote - Only GC/USC at Wise Men Consultants

About the Job:

Client has a large program for Test Environment, a method to build tomorrow’s environment starting from Development to Production. There are about 8-9 work streams, and the manager owns about 4 work streams for which they are hiring a Business Tech Analyst. They will be creating brand new end to end test cases. In the 3^rd and 4^th work stream about 10-12 contractors are working on Business applications which have test automation, migrating from BTAF framework and building new test cases.  There is a parallel program going on with lending and the effort needs to match up.  In the End-to-End Testing Project, discovery has been completed and no resources have been hired. In Data Masking- 5 times discovery has been completed- is at rediscovery, new resources will be joining in Jan. Membership Lending, General Ledger, all the way to funding and servicing.  Lending systems are in place but have to get better. Navigation might change but core functionality remains the same.  These will be phased approaches. Working on multiple work streams

This role requires a Tech BA who is both business-focused and technically proficient, especially in data-related areas like Data Masking with Oracle/SQL environments and the ADO System. They will work closely with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure the requirements are met, quality standards are maintained, and the project progresses smoothly.  Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings with the project team. Keep track of traceability, present and clarify the status of work, issues, and next steps to the team, PM, and Scrum Master. Help define the scope and ensure the team understands priorities and timelines.

Technical Skills:

• Must have experience as a Business Technical Analyst from a Testing Background.  Must have knowledge of Testing tools. (Prefer Automation Testing)
• Must have Banking Experience.  Familiarity with common Banking business processes and workflows.
• Must have experience in Data Masking(3-5 months will be spent masking pre-production)
• What are the different Dashboards that you have used besides ADO?
• Must have experience in ADO Dashboards.  What are the top things that you will put on an ADO Dashboard?
• Must have experience working in ADO User Stories.  Give Examples.
• Must be well-versed in maintaining traceability throughout all project phases.
• Experience in defining and tracking key quality metrics and KPIs
• Must be effective in work prioritization.
• Must have excellent analytical skills.
• Must have experience in creating detailed documentation and test reports.
• Must have experience in the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
• Must have experience writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• Must have experience in SQL, Oracle or Delphix
• Must have experience in API Testing in Test Automation
• SDLC (Agile and Waterfall methodologies)
• Must have Project Management principles
• Strong intercommunication skills and proven ability in conflict resolution.
• How do you deal with unexpected project changes? Give examples and how have you dealt with it?
• How would you plan to define or create a structure for these testing projects in Azure
• How would you handle communication between different teams especially when they are in different phases- Eg: one in application, one in design phase, end to end not built yet.   How would you create that structure?
• When working in different teams who are at different stages of development and maturity, complex and timing changes, how do you handle that?
