Job Title: Technical Project Architect

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Architect to lead the technical development of our projects, manage technical aspects of project delivery, and mentor our team members. This role requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in Architecture or a related field, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, and a strong background in technical design within the assigned market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads technical aspects of project delivery with some oversight.
- Oversees the production team within set scope and fee budgets.
- Identifies and manages out-of-scope items.
- Participates in consultant system selection.
- Mentors and trains staff to enhance their technical expertise.
- Produces clear, concise, and well-coordinated documents.
- Ensures technical issues in the field are minimized.
- Participates in professional development related to building systems, material selection, and life cycle costs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Architecture or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Licensed or certified professional.
- LEED AP or equivalent.
- Demonstrated strength in technical design and defining and developing project documentation.
- Knowledge of building codes and selection and integration of building systems.

National Salary Range: $105,000-$149,000, adjusted for remote status where applicable. Compensation is dependent on experience and skillset.
