Job Summary
The Senior Technical Administrator provides essential computing services and support to corporate and field associates, which also includes VIP and executive level associates at their respective location. The Technical Support Analyst is the public face of the IT department and represent the user perspective in all technical operations and project activities. This hybrid role is required to be in office 3 days per week with flexibility based on the business need
Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include training and mentoring technical support staff, creating, and maintaining documentation, and serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues. You conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure the quality of technical support and compliance with company standards. You ensure the team's focus and adherence to the daily agenda. Additionally, you provide second-level technical support and manage cases through Helix, with the authority to escalate issues for third-level support when necessary. Your guidance may also extend to coaching Helpdesk team members to enhance their customer service and technical skills. Other duties as required.
Job Qualifications
+ Expertise in Microsoft Windows, Office, Apple OS (Operating System), browsers like MS Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Compass Group applications.
+ Skilled in networking, Active Directory, Exchange, O365 administration, Intune, and mobile device management.
+ Role as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for IT issues, with a focus on troubleshooting a range of devices and applications.
+ Provide general training on technology use for VIP associates.
+ Assist with associate relocations to new offices/cubicles as needed.
+ Provide support for office video conference, audio-visual, & network infrastructure as needed.
+ A collaborative approach to working with IT and business teams to enhance processes and applications, backed by active participation in testing, documentation, incident management, and project involvement.
+ Possessing strong written and verbal communication abilities, adept in critical thinking, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service.
+ Capable of adapting to fast-paced environments and effectively conveying technical concepts.
+ Committed to maintaining clear and consistent communication with associates, ensuring all documentation is kept current and accessible.
