Job Description: We are seeking a full-time Senior Tax Manager responsible for tax preparation, financial statement compilations, and tax compliance. Key duties include:

• Preparing individual, partnership, corporate, S-corp, trust, and non-profit tax returns
• Reviewing tax returns prepared by other team members
• Actively leading/participating in client tax planning efforts
• Ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient preparation of all clients' tax returns
• Communicating with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide updates
• Assisting in resolving tax issues and responding to inquiries from tax authorities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tax Preparer (CPA firm experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Lacerte Tax Software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and QuickBooks (Desktop and Online)
• Strong tax research skills
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting
• CPA or Enrolled Agent with GAAP financial statement experience (CPA Candidate considered)
• 6+ years of public accounting tax experience, preparing complex individual, partnership, corporate, and fiduciary tax returns
• Proven management and supervisory skills

Compensation: $120,000-$175,000
