Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Details
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US Tax and have strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and answer their tax-related questions
- Identify tax-saving opportunities for clients
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely tax preparation
- Collaborate with other members of the finance team to provide comprehensive financial services to clients
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all tax-related activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in tax preparation, review, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of US tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax preparation software
- CPA certification preferred but not required
