Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee tax compliance, ensuring compliance with federal and state tax laws while optimizing systems and processes.

- Provide expert tax advice by staying informed on changes in tax legislation and regulations.
- Design and implement strategies to maximize tax benefits from legislative changes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
- Mentor and guide the tax team, fostering growth and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Active CPA license (required).
- At least 7 years of public accounting experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state tax laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, tax software, and research tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
