Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead our tax practice and deliver exceptional value to our diverse portfolio of clients. In this key role, you will oversee tax planning, compliance, and strategy development, ensuring our clients navigate complex tax regulations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to foster their growth.
- Develop and implement tax strategies for individuals and corporations, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Review and finalize tax returns and filings, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide insights to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and drive firm growth.
Requirements
- CPA certification required.
- Master’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
