seeking a Senior Tax Manager with a strong background in tax provisions, ASC 740, and experience working with corporations and partnerships. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced tax professional looking to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee tax provision process for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ASC 740.
- Provide guidance and support to tax team members on complex tax issues and technical matters.
- Review and analyze tax returns for corporations and partnerships, identifying potential tax savings and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and building trust and confidence in our firm.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, communicating tax strategies and recommendations clearly and effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on changes to tax laws and regulations, and proactively identify potential impacts to our clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, CPA or advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in tax provision and compliance for corporations and partnerships.
- Strong technical knowledge of ASC 740 and related tax regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex tax issues.
- Experience working with manufacturing and distribution clients preferred, but not required.
