Senior Tax Manager - Diamond Tax Recruiting

NYC CPA firm looking for an experienced Senior Manager. Excellent firm with excellent quality of life. 4 days in the office, Fridays off, with the exception of busy season.

Manager/Senior Manager
1- Review S Corp, C Corp, Partnership, Individual and Trust Tax returns.
2- Be responsible for complete cycle of financial/tax reporting for clients with complex business
structure and manage entire process to comply with government regulations and maintain long term
relationship with clients.
3-Assist staff with gather financial information from clients, banks, Investment brokers, etc
3-Assign jobs to Senior and Staff accountants and highlight objectives and goals
4-Review of books, financial reports and prepare journal entries as required
5-Review Business and Individual Tax projections & communicate tax implications to clients and partners
6-Responsible for high-net-worth clients’ daily activities, participate in calls/meetings with bankers,
attorneys, and investment advisors to help clients achieve their tax and financial goals.
7-Assist Senior and Staff accountants with resolving notices and audits by IRS and various state and local
jurisdictions
