Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially in the real estate sector.
- Oversee and review complex tax returns and related documentation.
- Provide innovative solutions for intricate tax challenges.
- Evaluate and advise on tax aspects of operating agreements, purchase agreements, and related legal documents.
- Monitor engagement performance, including billing and collections.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor team members, fostering leadership growth.
- Collaborate across teams to expand services and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and leverage a professional network to attract clients and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (Master’s in Tax preferred).
- CPA certification required.
- 7+ years of public accounting experience managing real estate tax projects and engagements.
- Expertise in partnership tax and entity/individual tax compliance.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Strong communication, networking, and client management abilities.
- Proficient in tax software and technology.
