Senior Tax Manager - Unity Search Group

Unity Search has partnered with a rapidly growing real estate investment firm in their search for a Senior Tax Manager.  This position will oversee the outsourced tax compliance, work on complex tax matters, structuring deal transactions, and special projects.  Our client provides a very flexible work environment, strong compensation package and opportunity to grow with this reputable firm.

Qualified candidates will have 6+ years of experience, a CPA certification, expertise in partnership and fund tax issues, specifically in real estate investment or private equity structures.  Also, familiarity with REIT structures and multi-entity tax coordination.
