I am working with a firm that has multiple offices and is seeking senior tax attorneys to join their successful affordable housing tax credit practice. This can be a remote opportunity. Background:
- Ten years of experience in real estate secured transactions with 5+ in the affordable housing tax credit practice
- Partnership taxation with an emphasis on Low Income Housing Tax Credits
- Real estate financing, housing law, California nonprofit law and general corporate activities
- Experience with Historic Tax Credits and New Markets Tax Credits are a plus
- Working with clients to utilize multiple sources of funding for development
