Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's or JD are a plus
- Possess professional certifications like CPA, EA, or Member of the Bar, or be actively working towards obtaining such
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in the field of U.S. taxation, focusing particularly on partnership and corporate tax areas.
- Comprehensive understanding of the tax regulations governing U.S. investments, hedge funds, and private equity ventures.
- Experience or significant knowledge in State and Local Taxes (SALT) relating to asset wealth management.
- Familiarity with the preparation and handling of K1 forms and other related tax documentation.
- Knowledge of tax-efficient structuring for U.S. investments, including regulations surrounding hedge funds and private equity ventures.
