Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
- International Tax Experience
- 3 + years exposed to the following; Tax Compliance: Prepare annual state, federal, and international income tax returns [Forms 5471].
Tax Provision: Prepare US taxable income calculations, global tax provisions, balance sheet roll forward schedules, non-US income tax return review, return-to-provision calculations, tax footnote preparation, and income inclusion calculations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing tax compliance for domestic and global business units
- Preparing income tax returns, quarterly estimates and extensions
- Performing tax provision duties and financial statement analysis
- Analyzing general ledger accounts and supporting budgeting/forecasting
- Leading continuous improvement of procedures and systems
- Partnering with cross-functional teams on transformation initiatives
You Offer:
- 3+ years of corporate tax experience
- Proficiency in tax research, planning and financial reporting
