Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex hydraulic systems, including the creation of 2D hydraulic schematics.
- Execute Python backend development to support system functionality and data analysis.
- Utilize software tools such as Matlab, C++, and DIAdem to design and optimize system performance.
- Design and implement electro-mechanical systems, including the wiring of electrical systems.
- Manage product development from concept to production, ensuring that products meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
- Conduct project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure systems meet EMI/EMC requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system requirements are met.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, with a strong focus on hydraulic engineering.
- Proficiency in Python backend development.
- Experience with Matlab, C++, and DIAdem.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing electro-mechanical systems.
- Experience in wiring electrical systems.
- Strong product management skills, with the ability to manage product development from concept to production.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities.
- Experience in conducting FMEA and ensuring systems meet EMI/EMC requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
