ROLE PURPOSE
Support and coordinate all talent acquisition activities for Impax globally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE
- Successful track record in recruitment and selection within a similar regulated business.
- Sound understanding of employment practices including EDI elements in hiring.
- Strong business awareness, able to translate needs into coherent and sensible action plans and deliverables.
- Analytical, able to absorb information quickly, join the dots and see the bigger picture.
- Excellent planning and execution and ability to work at pace.
- Confident communicator and influencer, has gravitas, able to challenge constructively and hold a position, flexible and adaptable with different styles and stakeholders.
- Good listener, high empathy and integrity, inspires trust, credible confidant.
- Keeps abreast of new developments in HR, well-read, curious, is ambitious for the role HR can play in adding value to a business.
