Senior Systems Analyst - viatechnical

A large healthcare provider in San Diego is looking for a Sr. Systems Analyst III to join their team. This person will join a predominantly Windows environment, with some Linux, 2500 total servers. The team is responsible for patching of servers, security remediation, backup infrastructure, working with clinical application owners to troubleshoot issues and application vendor requirements. Responsibilities and tasks are assigned through a ticketing queue, projects and subtasks, and general patching process.

Technical Must Haves:

• Windows Server experience
  • Active Directory, LDAP, DC, DFS Servers
• Heavy with DNS
  • Infoblox - DNS solutions
• VMware experience
• Key Factor Cert Licensing & Digi Certs for external - SSL. Renews certs., CA certs
• PowerShell Scripting -- able to write a complex script from scratch. Any language power shell preferred
• Architecture background
• Configuration and Patching Management tools – IE.  Tanium, BigFix, Solarwinds, RedHat Ansible
• Microsoft Defender
• Heavy Commvault Backup
• Zerto knowledge
• Any ticketing system is fine
• BA Degree
• Needs to come from an enterprise background (med-large companies)
• Needs to be a VERY STRONG technical lead and strong attention to detail. Does not need to lead people.
•  Relevant Certifications (VMware, Cisco... etc.)
