Sr. Desktop Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and supporting AllWays Health Partners end user needs including Windows 10, mobile devices and office 365. Including end user troubleshooting issues, monitoring devices for compliance and threats etc.
Sr. Desktop Engineer will be responsible for supporting senior team members for their day to day activities as well as project. Modern Workplace Engineer should have working knowledge of Active Directory, software update, Intune, ATP, Defender, MDM, System Center Configuration Manager and Office 365.
Sr. Desktop Engineer will work with a team of customer-focused professionals who are committed to defining technical strategy, architecting, designing and delivering end-to-end digital transformation.
·Hands-on experience in delivering Microsoft Modern Desktop technologies such as Intune, SCCM Office 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), Teams and One Drive.
·One Drive for Business, folder redirection using OneDrive.
·Familiar with OKTA & Onboarding of Applications requiring MFA
·Demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where organizational skills are essential
·Possess excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of internal team members Thought leadership on emerging trends and products and innovations for customers using Microsoft tools and products
·Threat Protection - (Advanced Threat Analytics, Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection, Office 365 Threat Protection and Threat Intelligence).
·Information Protection - (Azure Information Protection, Office 365 Data Loss Prevention, Microsoft Cloud App
·Security Management - (Azure Security Centre, Office 365 Security and Compliance Centre, Windows Defender Advanced Security Centre, DLP).
·Azure AD, Azure AD Connect
·Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft products
·Ability to manage & administer Citrix Environment.
·Ability to gain an understanding of customer process and issues, and communicate them back
·Ability to work in teams and individually when needed
·Ability to work with Vendors for any support issues
·Strong verbal and written communication skills
·Extensive scripting experience with PowerShell.
·Provides direction to Technical Services on group policy pertaining to management of desktop environment--factoring in implications before assessment.
·Assists and advises Manager, Help Desk with technical road mapping.
·Provides complete, clear and concise documentation.
·Quickly analyzes unfamiliar applications and assists with issue resolution, configuration or deployment.
·Escalates, involves, and engages external technical support including Microsoft and other vendors including those in support of various high-impact financial and business applications.
·Provides service by adhering to strict auditing policy and requirements as well as Change Control process.
·Anticipates and meets, or exceeds, internal and/or external customer expectations and requirements; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.

Required:
·Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or the equivalent combination of training and experience
·At least4years demonstrated experience deploying and administering solutions in Microsoft Azure platform
·At least 8 years demonstrated experience as infrastructure solution engineer.
·Experience administering Windows Servers and IIS and Active Directory.
·Worked as lead technical resource on projects that are managed using Agile methodology
Preferred/Desired:
·Experience working in a healthcare industry is a plus.
·Microsoft Certified Professional in Cloud Platform
