Responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, and maintain ASRS infrastructure and applications
• Monitor and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues proactively
• Document systems and team procedures accurately
• Manage multi-tiered COTS applications, public-cloud services, and physical/virtual servers
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities
• Adhere to Incident, Problem, Configuration, and Change Management processes
• Perform IT Service Management functions including ticket creation and user communication

Qualifications

• One or more relevant industry-accepted certifications (AWS, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, etc.)
• Five years of experience as a server/network administrator in a medium-large enterprise

• BS in Computer/Information Systems or equivalent experience
