Job Summary:
- Leads technical support for key network services: email, anti-virus, application deployment, data management, server infrastructure, directory services, network printing, etc.
- Maintains knowledge on technological advancements relevant to system administration.
- Utilizes analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Delivers cost-effective technology solutions aligning with IT Department and organizational objectives.
Major Responsibilities:
- Email & IP Services Management: Expertise in managing email systems, DNS, and SMTP.
- Application Deployment & Packaging: Skilled in using Citrix, ZENworks, Snapshot, AdminStudio, Thinstall for application deployment and packaging.
- Data Delivery Technologies: Proficient with FTP and interface products for data delivery.
- Server & Network Infrastructure: Deep understanding of enterprise server operating systems, server hardware, network storage, and network printing.
- Directory Services & Backup Systems: Strong knowledge of directory services, IP Services, enterprise backup, and recovery systems.
- Customer Service: Exceptional service, communication, and interpersonal skills in dealing with users and vendors.
