About the Job
Day To Day Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues at packing stations.
- Assist office employees with technical problems, including software installations and network connectivity.
- Write and maintain custom scripts in PHP and SQL to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Configure and maintain servers.
- Installation, support, and maintenance of network servers, computer equipment, and connection of peripherals.
- Troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues.
- Configuring software, modifying software configuration, and performing basic configuration management
- Planning for and responding to service outages and other problems.
- Providing software application assistance for commonly used office automation applications
- Implementing client workstation software patches, security fixes, and service releases.
- Identifying, analyzing, and documenting long-range requirements.
Must-Have:
- Strong proficiency in administration.
- Intermediate SQL experience reading/writing and understanding queries and PHP programming languages.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with network administration, including wired and wireless networks.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Nice To Have:
- Experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Linux experience
- Mac troubleshooting experience
Pay Range: $40/hr-$45/hr
Salary
40 - 45 /hour
