Maximus is currently looking for a Remote Senior Survey Analyst. As a Senior Survey Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting survey data to drive actionable insights. Your expertise will contribute to strategic decision-making within our organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate findings, and ensure accurate reporting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Experience and ability to lead, train and mentor peers in a similar role.
- Incident Management, data capture and communication.
- Project Manage internal engagements and related activities.
- Maintain knowledge and documentation of operational and system processes.
- Perform cost/benefit analyses on potential changes to existing processes.
- Participate in the administration of project and program contract activities, including preparation for internal and external meetings.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to define problems and implement solutions.
- Create, review, and present program documents, business and software specifications, process flows, and test cases.
- Document complex program and system needs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assist in the analysis of data and the specification of report packages for internal and external audiences.
- Work closely with other departments to optimize operational activities.
- Support leadership and product owner and stakeholders on project priorities.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
Survey Facilitation and Analysis:
o Coordinate Survey Projects: Take the lead in managing survey initiatives across diverse areas, including but not limited to Medicare, Marketplace, and Web Chat
o Gather, prepare, analyze, and communicate trends and compare from survey data with operational activity to provide customer insights.
o Utilize tools like Survey Monkey, Power BI and SQL to extract meaningful insights.
Industry Research and Insights:
• Conduct industry research using CCO Analytics survey data sources.
• Translate data into actionable strategies for the CCO and CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services).
• Collaboration and Tool Development:
o Collaborate with fellow analysts and CCO partners to create data collection tools.
o Provide expertise and insights to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Effective Communication:
• Advise management on leveraging communication materials to achieve business objectives.
• Develop, generate, and deliver reports that convey survey findings clearly and concisely.
Project Management:
• Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Evaluate reporting needs and provide necessary reports for operations.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with contract and project requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Facilitate meetings with organizational leadership to discuss survey results.
• Mentor junior analysts and guide them through challenges.
• Ad Hoc Requests and Brand Standards:
o Address ad hoc requests promptly and efficiently.
o Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and clear internal communications aligned with corporate brand standards.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Statistics).
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and other relevant data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with call center and healthcare policies are a plus.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
