We are currently looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join our team to work hybrid from one of our offices in Exton, PA, Davidson, NC, or Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The Senior Support Engineer will ensure customer satisfaction by utilizing technical expertise to resolve complex infrastructure or proprietary application related issues affecting our application in our client’s on-premise environment. You will provide hands-on troubleshooting to assist clients during critical and time-sensitive situations in addition to partnering with development and implementation teams to help create a robust, cost-effective, and stable solution for our customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Resolve issues from customers or internal teams with Windows IIS Web Application platforms setup and maintenance in our Client’s on-premises systems.
- Lead clients with creating client on-premise environments; test, execute and validate infrastructure/platform.
- Consult with client in monitoring performance and effectiveness of infrastructure and ensure that appropriate recommendations for change are made.
- Drive projects that improve infrastructure and our customers' technical support experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or associate degree with equivalent experience and/or certifications.
- Proven experience in customer facing roles.
- Extensive experience in enterprise level troubleshooting, IIS Setup and Administration, Windows System Administration, Certificate Management and Dev Ops Platforms like Docker, Jenkins, etc.
- Solid foundation of working with would replace with IIS Web Applications (ex. ASP.Net, PHP or similar), SQL Server, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, and networking.
- Security Skills: SAML, OAuth/OpenId.
- Flexibility to work weekends or after hours if necessary.
Preferred Experience:
- Financial Services experience.
