This role provides business analytics that drive business results in support of short- and long-term value creation with a particular emphasis on Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO). Conducts analyses linking financial results to operational performance drivers. Helps with various processes improvements and dashboard creation.

What You'll Do
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to MRO supply chain operations
- Drive the use of Analytics in Supply Chain through various PowerBi dashboards, PowerApps, Coupa Analytics and other analytics tools
- Support and improve the functionality and reporting of CMC’s Spend Analytics tools and collaborate with Procurement and Logistics to identify opportunities to aggregate spend and negotiate superior contracts
- Develop Source to Pay (S2P) Analytics tools to support sourcing activities, operational metrics and help the Supply Chain team maximize the benefits of our Coupa implementation
- Provide effective and timely financial information, thoughtful business insights and business performance evaluations to ensure that Supply Chain leaders are effective in creating and executing the business strategy and operating plan
- Support Supply Chain level objectives tracking and reporting
- Help with the reporting and other process improvement programs
What You'll Need
- Minimum 3 years sourcing experience preferred
- Background in Supply Chain with Analytics / Data experience is preferred
- Ability quickly learn new tools and techniques independently
- Experience using PowerBi, PowerApps, and creating a variety of business dashboards is a must
- Proficiency in SQL and database querying to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into a data warehouse or reporting environment
- Experience with data driven process improvement projects and data transformation tools such as Alteryx is required
- Experience using SAP strongly-preferred
- Must be able to adapt and adjust to change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Your Education
- Business or Supply Chain degree with emphasis on Data Analytics preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required
