Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $150K–$200K+ (DOE).
• Vehicle Allowance: $1,200/month.

Your Role as Senior Superintendent

As the Senior Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the integration of MEP, HVAC, and utility systems into complex builds.
• Reviewing and managing digital blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitoring the project schedule and identifying critical path activities.
• Leading subcontractor coordination to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Conducting regular meetings with owners, architects, and design teams to address challenges and ensure alignment.
• Providing daily progress reports and weekly updates on schedules and milestones.
• Maintaining operations on active project sites, ensuring safety and minimizing disruptions.

What We’re Looking For

Experience and Expertise

• 12+ years of construction experience, with 8-10 years in a senior supervisory role.
• Extensive experience in ground-up public works or commercial construction projects valued at $50M+.
• Strong background in steel and concrete foundation construction, structural building, and systems integration.

Leadership and Collaboration

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate large teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and superintendents.
• Strong communication skills to build trust with owners, architects, and design professionals.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and MS Project.
• Ability to read, understand, and manage civil and digital blueprints.

Certifications and Requirements

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Ability to pass a drug and background test.
• Local to Sacramento, CA, or willing to relocate.

Compensation and Work Environment

• On-Site Role: Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
• Team Structure: Oversee 2 Superintendents, a Project Engineer, and support staff.
• Workplace: Fully equipped on-site office for collaboration and efficient operations.
