Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Details
· Leverage technical expertise to oversee production of building designs and construction documents for portfolio of projects.
· Manage project team to perform contract administration, and to perform site observations, for portfolio of projects.
· Perform quality control reviews of staff work to ensure applicable code requirements and WJPA Standards are met.
· Serve as a mentor to WJPA staff.
· Maintain and develop client relationships to secure new projects.
· Develop proposals and budgets for new projects.
· Manage budget of assigned projects.
· Occasionally travel to visit clients and/or projects.
· Join WJPA as a stakeholder in your professional growth and development.
Additional Responsibilities and Duties:
Openness to work on varied project assignments, including various project types, structural materials, or geographic locations.
Ability to manage staff directly, or remotely, as required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Strong “servant” leadership design skills and mentality
Entrepreneurial mindset
The ability to secure work in multiple project markets through existing relationships is preferred.
Other duties as assigned.
STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER ESSENTIAL CREDENTIALS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Master’s degree in Structural Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE Licensure)
Structural Engineer (SE Licensure) preferred.
Qualifications:
8+ years' engineering experience
Experience managing and directing junior staff
