Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a proven track record of managing complex projects.

The position is hybrid where the staff are in-person three days a week and have the option to work remotely two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept through completion.
• Perform structural analysis and design for various building types, including commercial, industrial, and residential structures.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure project success.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
