Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Structural Engineer position include:

Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering, plus 6–9 years of relevant experience, focusing on healthcare buildings.
California Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required; SE licensure preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in designing, renovating, and modifying structures in compliance with California building codes.
Proficiency with structural analysis and design tools, as well as CAD/BIM software platforms.
Hands-on experience managing project scoping, budgeting, and scheduling to achieve revenue targets.
Proven ability to develop detailed Construction Documents for damage repair and renovation projects.
Strong interpersonal skills to develop lasting client relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse project teams.
Willingness to travel regionally to interface with clients and conduct on-site assessments.

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
