About the Role:

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead the design of world-class projects, from power plants and industrial facilities to healthcare centers and government buildings. You will guide projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients and colleagues to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

What You'll Do:

Lead structural design for diverse projects, including power, process, corporate, healthcare, and industrial facilities.

• Lead structural design projects from concept to completion, overseeing all phases and ensuring adherence to project requirements.
• Developing specifications, data sheets, and technical bid summaries for structural equipment.
• Reviewing vendor drawings and collaborating with suppliers, clients, and other engineering disciplines.
• Participating in project scheduling, budgeting, and construction planning, managing change orders effectively.
• Conduct field investigations, measurements, and calculations for public and private clients.
• Prepare and present technical reports, design cost proposals, and project budgets.
• Mentor and guide less experienced engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 7+ years of structural engineering experience, with EPC project experience preferred.
• Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred.
• Expert knowledge of structural design codes (IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE7).
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, CAD software).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects.
