What You’ll Need:

• An associate degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• 7+ years of experience in structural drafting/design for building or infrastructure projects. Industrial facilities/buildings experience is ideal.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles, materials (steel, concrete, wood), and construction methods.
• Attention to detail and a proven ability to produce precise, high-quality drawings.
• Communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with engineers, fellow Designers, and project teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deliverables while meeting deadlines.
