Nisga’a MOSTT’s services include aviation and military training, cybersecurity, intelligence gathering and analysis, and simulation and exercise support, as well as aviation flight logistics support and unmanned aerial vehicle support.
Summary:
TheSenior Strategic Planning Policy - JOPES Specialist will provide expertise to conduct research and analysis of full spectrum operations in ajoint, multinational, and interagency context.
Responsibilities:Essential Job Functions:
- Provide expertise to produce detailed graphics, written analysis, and other productsfor the USCENTCOM Commander that accurately reflect the evolving operational/strategicpicture and issues within the USCENTCOM AOR.
- Provide expert analysis of other DoD, interagency, and multinational operations toensure synchronization with USCENTCOM objectives.
- Provide expertise on the use of automation and computer modeling resources inanalyses.
- Incorporate JOPES Time Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) analysis into theoperational and strategic plans.
- Coordinate with United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) andconvey a feasibility analysis for planned missions.
- Provide Functional Analysis of Operational Plans up to a “Level 4” detail (Level 1Commander’s Estimate; Level 2-Base Plan; Level 3-Concept Plan; Level 4-Operation Plan).
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong ability to conceptualize, design, and drive long-term strategic initiatives.Proficiency in aligning policy recommendations with organizational goals and market trends.
- Expertise in analyzing, interpreting, and advising on complex policy issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of militaryexperience, (2) a minimum of 5 years of experience utilizing the Joint Operations Planning andExecution System (JOPES), and (3) a minimum of 3 years of experience at a Joint or CombinedCommand Headquarters.
- Shall be prepared and eligible to travel, to include OCONUS, CONUS,and must be able to obtain an official passport.
