Are you aiming to lead, influence, and foster growth with major Aerospace clients at a leading design and manufacturing component supplier? As a senior customer-facing sales professional, have you accumulated a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the Aerospace industry, with responsibility for account performance?
The Senior Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible for owning and fostering relationships at major accounts that sustain and grow revenue. This involves protecting Pall's core business, impacting contract terms, profitability, and performance for long-term success, benefiting both Pall and its customers. As a leader, you will embrace continual improvement driven by DBS to propel the business forward.
This onsite position is part of the OEM Global Sales team at New Port Richey, Florida .
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Increase sales within top Aerospace industry accounts, targeting both commercial and military segments.
Foster, maintain, and expand customer relationships at strategic accounts, steering all facets of account management for Pall to reach business objectives.
Develop strategies and implement plans to win and expand in each account.
Grasp the customer potential, key platforms, competitors, and all business execution facets to set Pall up for success.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the Aerospace sector, managing account performance.
Proven experience managing several major accounts, handling customer meetings, contract negotiations (including USG prime contracts, under FAR, TINA, CAS), long-term agreements, pricing strategies, proposals, industry insights, and technical applications.
Proven skill in aligning internal stakeholders to meet both customer and Pall expectations, ensuring a unified presentation to customers.
Proven capability to collaborate efficiently and effectively with sales hunters to support account growth, while also working with the technology team to tackle business opportunities and challenges.
Experience with Salesforce is required to oversee the opportunity pipeline and generate forecasts for both annual and year-over-year growth in orders and sales.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel - approximately 50 % travel; overnight; within territory or locations as well as overseas
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Possesses experience in the aerospace sector with expertise in fuel, lubrication, hydraulic, and air systems.
