POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible for the management of major fleet accounts. This individual serves as the primary contact at the executive level of major customer accounts. The position requires cross-functional teaming with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and finance, and Business Unit divisions of JBPCO.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position is responsible for developing specifications, and negotiating pricing and production for Commercial and Consumer Rental for the following corporations:

• • Ryder
  • Budget
• This position also coordinates and is a liaison between the Ryder Lease businesses and Morgan regional and National Account Sales teams should issues related to deliveries, CD, schedules, paper pilot among other responsibilities arise.
• This position is responsible for all issues related to the "front end" processes and management of the commercial relationship with Ryder and Budget

EXPERTISE REQUIRED / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Morgan requires the highest standard of ethics in all business dealings, in particular with customers, suppliers, advisors, employees, and authorities. This position shall actively ensures that his/her own activities and those of all employees within the project meet this obligation. The Commodity Manager is expected to be familiar with these policies and ensure that they are implemented in all areas of control.

SAFETY:

Safety is paramount on any Morgan operation. This position is expected to be familiar with the company's safety program and enforce the safety policy always. Never walk past an unsafe act.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Working in an office environment in a seated position a minimum of eight hours per day is required.

The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection. Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
