This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of productivity improvement strategies, focusing on advanced manufacturing processes related to ceramic materials, CVD/ALD semiconductor, plasma spray, ion assisted deposition, and PECVD semiconductor. Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the engineering industry.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience with ceramic materials, CVD/ALD semiconductor, plasma spray, ion assisted deposition, and PECVD semiconductor.
4. Proven track record of successfully implementing productivity improvement strategies.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong leadership abilities with a knack for influencing and driving change.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficient in using productivity and engineering software tools.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
10. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
11. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
