In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Finance, playing an essential part in managing the organization’s accounting and financial operations. From handling monthly reconciliations and journal entries to preparing comprehensive financial reports like balance sheets and income statements, your expertise will drive key decision-making and financial performance across the organization.
During the first 30 days, this role will require full-time, in-office presence to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration with the team. Following this period, a hybrid schedule will be implemented, with two days per week working remotely, all team members are required to be in the office on Tuesdays to facilitate collaboration and team meeting

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and reconciliation of asset and liability schedules, monthly bank reconciliations, and the consolidation of financial data from both HQ and regional offices.
- Manage Accounts Payable operations, facilitate revenue integration between Personify and Acumatica systems, and oversee corporate credit card processes.
- Assist with payroll reconciliations and vendor payments, ensuring adherence to benefits plan requirements.
- Provide essential support during the annual audit process, including preparation of schedules and reconciliations, and offer financial reporting assistance to department managers.
- Collaborate with international offices to reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure the timely transfer of funds.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a non-profit or global organization.
- Proficiency with accounting software, particularly Acumatica and Personify, and advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills, with proven experience in financial data analysis, report preparation, and complex reconciliations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
