In this vital role, you’ll report directly to the Senior Director of Finance and play a key part in managing the organization’s financial operations. From performing monthly reconciliations and journal entries to preparing in-depth financial reports like balance sheets and income statements, your expertise will shape critical decision-making and enhance the organization's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and reconcile asset and liability schedules, monthly bank statements, and consolidate financial data across HQ and regional offices.
- Oversee Accounts Payable operations, revenue integrations between Personify and Acumatica systems, and corporate credit card processes.
- Assist with payroll reconciliations, vendor payments, and compliance with benefits plans.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and assisting department managers with financial reporting.
- Collaborate with international offices to reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure timely fund transfers.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a nonprofit or global organization.
- Proficiency with Acumatica and Personify systems, advanced Excel skills, and expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills and proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and complex reconciliations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
