Responsibilities:
Record, analyze, and report Holland America Line Tour and Cruise Tour expenses.
· Maintain the General Ledger reports and PC download programs.
· Prepare timely and accurate financial information for HAL and Seabourn from information contained within Polar
· reservation system.
· Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.
· Prepare and review journal entries on a monthly basis.
· Prepare quarterly report.
· Assist Manager with various duties including but not limited to training new employees, ad hoc analysis and
· projects, improving procedures, and month end close duties.
Requirements:
· 4-5 years of experience preferred
· Four year degree in Accounting or equivalent experience (CPA a plus)
· Proficiency in Excel and Access
· Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and on a team
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet critical deadlines
· Flexible regarding peak-time work requirements
· Ability to work well with individuals at all levels
