Job Title: Staff Accountant/Senior Staff Accountant
Location: Providence County, RI
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite (Potential for Hybrid After Training)

What you do:
- Tax & Accounting (50% each): Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate, trust & estate, and trustee tax returns.
- Audit & Assurance: Conduct financial audits, reviews, and compilations in accordance with GAAP.
- General Accounting: Handle general accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service.
What you need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Public Accounting (5+ years preferred).
- Certification: CPA or CPA candidate actively studying preferred.
- Industry Experience: Familiarity with industries such as Manufacturing, Services, Construction, and International is a plus.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Ultra Tax, NetFirm, and Accounting CS.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
What they offer:
- Salary: $70,000 - $90,000, based on experience.
