Senior Staff Accountant
Location: Hybrid – Minimum 2 days onsite (Tuesday–Thursday preferred)
Compensation: $65K–$80K + STIP Bonus (performance-based)

Key Responsibilities:

• General ledger accounting: journal entries, account reconciliations, and analysis.
• Assist with monthly financial statements, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor AR and intercompany activity, generate aging reports, and resolve issues.
• Record major customer remittances, marketing allowances, and deductions.
• Prepare comments on P&L statements and identify trends or areas of concern.
• Assist with audits, lender reviews, and governmental filings.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2–6 years of accounting experience (GL focus preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in AP/AR with an ability to analyze and interpret P&L statements.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST, with flexibility as needed.
