Title and Summary Senior Specialist, Product Operations Senior Specialist, Debit & Network Products Operations Overview: The Senior Specialist, Debit & Network Products Operations will join a team driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution of the future of Mastercard’s global core payments network. The payments network is Mastercard’s core strategic asset, directly driving over $8 billion in revenue and providing the platform for other key products and services. The successful candidate will assist in defining and managing operational readiness in support of the various strategic enhancements and new product rollouts. This will include such items as: customer enablement during pilot and prototype studio stages; definition of requirements for support monitoring, KPI tracking, engagement with development partners for solution development, assist in go to market planning, customer outreach and feedback collection. The role: • Engage internal product teams and business owners, as well as regional market-facing teams and customers around the world, to identify and understand network challenges • Perform analysis of internal data to size problems and opportunities, understand customer behavior, and identify opportunities for improvement • Collaborate closely with internal cross functional teams to define and enhance support and implementation experiences • Drive customer engagement and communications, thru: Customer feedback discussions to understand pain points and incorporate into roadmap and customer management during incidents • Work with technical partners to estimate the cost of proposed enhancements, prioritize them and propose roadmaps for network components • Internally, manage prioritization of all products and service offerings • Provide enhanced support to key stakeholders and customers in partnership with development and business operational resources All About You • Prior experience in payments preferred • Self-starter and quick learner with ability to work independently • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments; flexibility to handle rapidly changing scenarios • Ability to work with ambiguity and manage complex projects; successfully manage multiple responsibilities and tasks • Willingness to dive deep and learn about our technology, system structure, and rules • Strong analytical, data and problem-solving skills • Strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills • Strong visual presentation skills, including data visualization and the ability to produce clear, compelling slides • Strong project management skills – strong organization and task management is expected • Strong collaborator, ability to work cross-functionally • Ability to build and leverage relationships within and outside the organization to drive results • Ability to interact with varying levels of leadership across the organization and with internal and external clients; ability to lead and influence at all levels Mastercard is an inclusive equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
