Senior Analyst, Marketing Sourcing

Culver City, CA (Hybrid - 3x/week in office: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a flexible third day)

3 month assignment (Potential to extend)

Pay Rate: $35-$56/hr. doe

On behalf of our client a globally recognized entertainment leader is seeking a Senior Analyst within Marketing Sourcing. This role supports sourcing strategies for marketing investments across diverse entertainment platforms. The ideal candidate will have exceptional data analysis, contract management, and presentation development skills, preferably with experience in the entertainment industry.

This position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance the value of marketing initiatives while ensuring alignment with company goals. The role also provides an opportunity to contribute to supplier diversity and sustainability efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Sourcing team to identify and execute projects aligned with strategic objectives.
• Conduct spend analysis, create financial models, and develop baselines to support decision-making.
• Assist in contract creation, negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
• Develop polished PowerPoint presentations to share insights and recommendations with leadership.
• Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to propose category strategies and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support initiatives to promote supplier diversity and environmentally responsible purchasing.

Education and Experience

• 2+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, Legal, or Consulting roles.
• Entertainment industry background or familiarity with marketing categories (Media, Creative, Market Research) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with expertise in Symphony and Ariba systems as a bonus.
• Contract data cleansing and legal-related skills/certifications preferred.
