JOB SUMMARY
Radian Generation is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Solutions Specialist with expertise in NERC Compliance & Security to join our dynamic team in the renewable energy sector. This key role focuses on driving business growth by collaborating with the Sales team to identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate Compliance & Security solutions to ensure project success.
The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of developing, evaluating, and managing compliance and security programs to support NERC compliance and protect critical infrastructure. A strong understanding of the renewable energy industry, a customer-centric mindset, and a collaborative approach are essential for success in this role. ??Role and Responsibilities?
- Customer Needs Analysis: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify and understand customer compliance and security requirements.
- Solution Development: Propose Compliance & Security solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring alignment with NERC standards and critical infrastructure protection.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on NERC Compliance & Security, providing guidance to internal teams and customers.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing clear communication, expert advice, and ongoing support.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on trends and changes in NERC compliance, cybersecurity, and the renewable energy sector to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
- Collaboration: Work in a team environment to contribute to company-wide goals and drive growth in the Compliance & Security business.
- Training and Awareness: Educate customers and internal teams on evolving compliance standards and security best practices.
Required Qualification & Education
- Experience: 8-12 years of experience managing and overseeing NERC Compliance & Security, preferably within the renewable energy space.
- Education: Post-Secondary Degree.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work within a team environment.
- Excellent people/customer relationship skills.
- Desire to be a part of a commercial team in a high-growth business.

Required Software Knowledge

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Salesforce or other CRM
- Experience in creating and driving strategic direction.
- Experience in creating and delivering training.
- Process improvement experience with Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
- Experience with a U.S. based company

Compensation
- Base salary plus variable compensation plan
The pay range for this role is:
117,907 - 168,438 USD per year(United States)
