The Senior Solutions Consultant acts as a liaison between enterprise or complex Rosterfy customers and our internal teams, helping to deliver the best onboarding experience possible.
We’re looking for a talented individual to ensure customers reach their desired outcomes through effective onboarding and relationship management. As a byproduct of these two, we are looking for someone who is experienced in project management, onboarding and technical pre-sales.- Experience in SaaS onboarding
- Technical Pre-Sales experience
- Project management experience
- 3 - 5 Years in customer facing roles in IT departments, SaaS or Enterprise customer facing roles
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Manage the onboarding of new customers around the globe which will include training and configuration of the Rosterfy Platform
- Provide technical pre-sales capability to the sales team acting as an expert in the product and delivery to ensure new opportunities are setup for success
- Identify new opportunities: up-sell, cross-sell, additional training and services revenue.
- Improve Rosterfy internal and customer facing processes in the Professional Services and Delivery department
- Work with the global Rosterfy team as an expert in delivery
- Develop and build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Experience in the NFP/Charity sector
- Strong understanding of volunteering and workforce management
- Have used Hubspot & Jira in previous roles
