Responsibilities
- Guide strategic customers on a variety of impactful technical projects, including developing incident workflow architecture diagrams, best practice guides, and executing production grade go-lives
- Guide strategic customers as they implement transformational AI Ops projects, including end-to-end design, build and deployment of thought leadership solutions
- Work with Product, RnD, and Customer Support to provide product and implementation feedback and to guide rapid resolution for engagement specific product and support issues.
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on customer adoption and expansion opportunities
- Contribute to the internal development of Resident Solutions Architect playbooks and role artifacts. We’re looking for someone eager to share their knowledge and learnings with their teammates.
Requirements
- 5 years experience with industry leading monitoring tools and/or Incident ITSM and Response platforms in a customer-facing post-sales, technical architecture or consulting role.
- Experience with technical project delivery - managing scope and timelines.
- Build skills in technical areas which support the deployment and integration our solutions to complete customer projects.
- Comfortable writing code in either Python or Node JS. Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem is nice to have.
- Experience working with strategic clients, mitigating project risk,and creating solutions to manage conflict..
- Documentation and white-boarding skills to design complex architectures across multiple platforms and integrations.
- Travel to customers 10 - 20% of the time.
