Job Summary:

As a Senior Solutions Architect at Blattner Technologies, you will design and implement innovative technical solutions that align with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, frameworks, and systems that optimize performance and drive operational excellence. Your expertise will bridge technology and business needs, ensuring successful solution delivery for diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive technical solutions across various platforms.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to define and execute project roadmaps.
• Ensure scalable, reliable, and secure architecture for applications, databases, and networks.
• Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Document architecture standards, frameworks, and guidelines for development teams.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive innovation in solution architecture.

Travel:

• Travel may include business meetings and customer visits as required.

Technical Skills:

• Applications solution architect with diverse technical skills in networks, web, and mobile applications.
• Experience in multiple database technologies and application development programs.
• 7-10 years of development experience and 3-5 years of solution architecture experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, microservices, and API design.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive projects to successful outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex architectural challenges.
• Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation Range: $120,000 - $160,000 based on experience
