Join Elastic as a Solutions Architect, where you'll serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to our sales team, customers, partners, and community. In this role, you'll address our customers' business challenges using the Elastic Stack, engage with the Elastic community through events and programs, and drive sales through our partner ecosystem.

• Act as the primary technical contact for accounts and account managers within your assigned territory.
• Understand customers' goals and objectives, and communicate how Elastic's offerings address their unique needs.
• Build and maintain value-driven relationships across all levels of customer organizations.
• Participate in all phases of the sales process-from discovery to securing the technical win.
• Deepen your expertise in Elastic products to showcase their value in sales meetings, meetups, and conferences.
• Provide strategic guidance to the sales team on positioning Elastic's products, solutions, and services effectively.
• Create tailored collateral, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to programs that meet individual customer needs.
• Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights on needs, gaps, and potential product enhancements with engineering and leadership teams.
• Pursue personal and professional growth by expanding both your technical and sales skills through self-driven learning and Elastic's development programs.

• Proven success in a technical presales role with experience in selling and implementing technology that builds trust with customers.
• Strong technical expertise with a hands-on approach to learning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Ability to create and deliver tailored demos that address specific customer needs and showcase product capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to articulate and promote the value of modern software platforms and technologies.
• A track record of developing innovative solutions and architectures that solve customer challenges or help outpace competitors.
• Influential and persuasive, with the ability to inspire both small and large groups.
• A true passion for continuous learning and curiosity. You dedicate as much effort to your personal development as you do to nurturing your professional relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component, that together comprise the On-Target Earnings (OTE). On-Target Earnings (OTE) are based on a 70/30 pay mix (base salary / target variable).

The typical starting OTE range for new hires in this role is listed below.This range represents the lowest to highest OTE we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.

An employee's position within the OTE range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program.Our total rewards package also includes a company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well-being.

The typical starting salary range for this role is:

$107,500-$170,100 USD

The typical starting Target Variable range for this role is:

$46,000-$72,800 USD

The typical starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is:

$153,500-$242,900 USD
