Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer - Whitridge Associates

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Verification Protocols: Create and implement formal software verification and validation protocols based on product specifications, ensuring alignment with both user needs and regulatory requirements.
• Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans that define the scope and criteria for verification and validation, tailoring them to the specific requirements of each development cycle.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with Software QA teams and other internal departments to guarantee that the product meets both functional and user expectations. This includes facilitating communication and feedback loops across teams.
• R&D Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D team to support activities such as data collection, issue reproduction, documentation, and the triage of problems. Provide technical expertise to ensure efficient resolution of identified issues.
• Functional Testing Development: Design and execute functional testing protocols, including unit tests, integration tests, white-box, and black-box testing approaches to ensure product robustness.
• Verification Compliance: Ensure the completeness of software verification efforts and adherence to applicable standards, including client's internal quality management system and industry regulations.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the overall goals of the software development and validation process.
